biography
A major Broadway star and the director of popular one-act plays at New York's Princess Theatre, dark-haired Holbrook Blinn was fairly busy at the World Film Corp. in the 1910s but concentrated mainly on theater in the following decade. The actor, whose most memorable screen assignment was perhaps that of Lord Clowes opposite Marion Davies' Janice Meredith in 1924, died from a fall off his horse near his lavish home, Journey's End, at Croton-on-Hudson, NY.
