biography
British director Mike Hodges spent many years directing, producing and writing in television. He made his feature-film directorial debut in 1971 with Get Carter. Although he's not known for being prolific, Hodges still occasionally makes films and has a preference for sci-fi adventures such as Flash Gordon (1980) and thrillers such as Terminal Man (1974).
