biography
Though Herk Harvey's filmography contains over 400 industrial and educational films, he only made one contribution to cinema: Carnival of Souls (1962), a low-budget but surprisingly stylish and chilling horror film that has earned a devoted cult following. In the '80s, Harvey played small roles in a few made-for-television movies including The Day After (1983).
