biography
Screenwriter Harry Kleiner has been writing or co-writing film scripts since the late 1940s. Born in Russia, his family emigrated to Philadelphia while he was still a baby. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and a Masters of Fine Arts from Yale. Kleiner is also a noted playwright and television writer. During the late '50s, he produced a couple of films including Cry Tough.
