biography
Producer Harold Schneider produced several big-budget dramas of the '70s and '80s including Steelyard Blues (1973), Terence Malick's Days of Heaven (1978), and Danny DeVito's Hoffa (1992). A longtime friend and associate of Jack Nicholson, Schneider co-produced some of the actor's directorial efforts, including The Two Jakes (1990). Schneider started out producing television shows such as The Invaders and I Spy.
