biography
British actress Frances Rowe spent the bulk of her career on the London stage. She made her debut there in 1936. In the mid-'40s, she spent a year on Broadway performing in Shaw's Man and Superman. Rowe occasionally appeared in British films of the '40s and '50s. She also performed on television.
