biography
Former Ziegfeld Girl and Broadway star Dorothy Dickson is perhaps best remembered as a popular leading lady on the London stage during the 1920s and 1930s. A native of Kansas City, MO, she made her first stage appearance in 1917, and her film debut in the early '20s. Her movie efforts include The Silver Lining (1921) and Channel Crossing (1934). Dickson retired from film after appearing in Sword of Honor (1939).
