Zaftig and sensuous French actress Cécile Aubrey had a brief career as a sex goddess during the late '40s through the mid-'50s. In 1949 she was discovered by noted filmmaker Henri-Georges Clouzot and after her first film Manon, she became and instant star. She went on to make six more films before she retired to marry a prince from Morocco. More recently she has become a writer and illustrator of children's books; she also has produced children's television shows in France.
