A Native American stunt man from Philadelphia, Augie Gomez (born Augustine Whitecloud) played countless thugs and henchmen in B-Westerns and serials, notably for Republic Pictures and PRC. His career lasted into the television era, where he was a frequent guest star on the Cisco Kid program.
