Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
Outside the classroom, Dr. Blohmscheidt (Wolfgang Wiehe) is emotionally mute, unable to communicate clearly with anyone in his life. In class, however, it is a different story: his empathy with his young students makes him attractive to them, and his teaching is unusually effective. On his way home after class one night, he is hailed by one of his students, who is in distress. He embarks on a series of adventures which briefly bring him to life outside the classroom.
