Synopsis by Dan Pavlides

Zischke (David Strempel) is a teenage boy and aspiring cartoonist who is left home while his mother vacations with her American-soldier sweetheart. He decides to take a train trip and discovers two bogus passports on the way to the station. Zischke realizes their value and turns them over to a Lebanese actress (Amira Ghazalla), who uses them to get her two brothers from East to West Berlin. The film is reflective of the local attitudes towards immigration and corruption in Germany during the time of the feature's release.
