Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Earle Williams stays true to type here, playing an urbane American hero on a secret mission, this time in South America. Eddie Manning (Williams) is apparently penniless, and he becomes friends with a street urchin named Muggsy (Coy Watson, Jr.). When Muggsy is knocked down by a car, Manning meets its owner, Miriam Folansbee (Gertrude Astor), and she offers him a job as a chauffeur. There is a plot to overthrow the country and Inez, a dancer at a cafe (Claire DuBrey), tells Manning that Carlos Medina (George Field) is the leader of the revolutionaries. Medina is friends with the Folansbees, so Manning asks Muggsy to keep an eye on the Folansbee yacht. However, Manning is captured and held in the cafe.
