This program features three distinct segments geared towards mothers and babies. One segment consists of a full 55 minute yoga routine, another segment is made up of colorful, engaging images paired with music in order to captivate babies, and the third segment fills one quarter of the screen with the yoga routine while the rest presents the baby-oriented program so that little ones can remain occupied while moms practice their yoga regimen.
