A mother attempts to prevent her son from committing what she believes will be the biggest mistake of his life in this documentary from filmmakers Gennady Kuchuck and Fima Shlick. When Zina immigrated into Israel from the former Soviet Union, she always envisioned her son Gennady settling down with a nice Jewish girl. Zina's vision of a perfect life for her son was suddenly shattered, however, when Gennady announces plans to marry his girlfriend Nurit. Nurit is an immigrant from Ethiopia, and upon learning about the ethnicity of her future daughter-in-law Zina launches a heated campaign to convince her son that he is making a monumental mistake.
