In the first half of the two-part X-Men adventure "Savage Land, Strange Heart," we are introduced to the half-human, half-pterodactyl Sauron. Under the spell of high priestess Zaladane, Sauron kidnaps Storm and bundles her off to Savage Land. Without the other X-Men to control her, Storm prepares to unleash the full fury of her energy to prevent Zaladane from sapping her life forces. Meanwhile, Storm's colleagues have plenty of trouble on their own -- namely, a fearsome dinosaur-like creature called The Garokk.
