Singer and songwriter Wyclef Jean made his mark on the hip-hop and pop scene, first as a predominant member of the Fugees then with his own solo-debut album, Wyclef Jean Presents the Carnival. Next he ventured into writing songs for some top female vocalists and groups, like Destiny's Child, Whitney Houston (the U.S. Top Ten song "My Love Is Your Love"), and Santana ("Maria, Maria"). His solo album hit platinum and earned several music awards, including MTV's Best R&B Music Video and a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Vocal Performance. This video features two of his hit songs, "Gone Till November" and "No Airplay."
