The 2009 edition of the annual World Wrestling Entertainment event known as the Royal Rumble features, in addition to the traditional Battle Royal, four different championship bouts - Jeff Hardy and Edge square off or the WWE belt, Jack Swagger and Matt Hardy battle for the ECW Championship, and Beth Phoenix and Melina tussle for the women's title.
