Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Looking back on her film credits, Florence Vidor had been playing leads in pictures for the likes of Cecil B. DeMille and her own husband King Vidor since 1917. However, trade papers such a Motion Picture News and Moving Picture World claim this romance as Vidor's first starring vehicle -- go figure. Vidor plays Ann Clegg, a simple mountain girl who meets city man Monte Collins (Louis Calhern) when an aeroplane accident brings him to her neck of the woods. The two quickly fall in love and marry, but back home in the city Ann's old-fashioned ways pale next to the flash Monte is used to. He grows tired of her, and to spice up the relationship, Anne enlists the help of family friend Henry Mortimer (Charles Meredith). He takes her to cabarets, teaches her how to dress and shows her a few dance steps. Before long, Collins' jealousy explodes, and he finally realizes that he liked his wife's modest country manners a lot better.
