Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Although the Profitts' criminal empire is wiped out, undercover agent Vinnie (Ken Wahl) does not consider the case closed. Vinnie still intends to catch up with Roger Lococco (William Russ) and determine the link between rogue CIA agent Ketcher (David Spielberg) and the failed overthrow of Isle Pavot. Roger tries to throw Vinnie off the track by kidnapping OCB boss McPike (Jonathan Banks), thereby setting the stage for a bizarre gathering of climaxes in which several strange alliances are forged to avert wholesale disaster.
