Synopsis by Hal Erickson
After acquiring Dead Dog Records, a music label recently confiscated by the DEA, the OCB launches an investigation of corruption in the music industry. Assigned to pose as the new head of Dead Dog, Vinnie (Ken Wahl) hires industry insider Bobby Travis (Glenn Frey) to prep him for the job. Along the way, Bobby introduces Vinnie to Diana Price (Deborah Harry), a faded pop star who career had been blighted by Dead Dog's former owners.
