Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Fay (Rebecca Schull), the venerable terminal ticket-booth lady, has decided to retire. As Joe (Tim Daly) and Brian (Steven Weber) search for a replacement, Helen (Crystal Bernard) suggests that her sister Casey (Amy Yasbeck) might fill the bill. As it turns out, Casey does a spectacular job -- so much so that Joe and Brian are placed in quandary when Fay shows up and asks for her old job back. This is one instance in which two heads are definitely not better than one.
