Synopsis by Perry Seibert
The documentary Who Killed Alex Spourdalakis? explores the tragic circumstances surrounding the death of a teenager from Chicago who had severe physical and mental problems. His mother, seeing that her son was being mistreated by the American health system, orchestrated a plan to put her boy out of his misery and end her own life as well. However, when the plan goes awry, the woman faces severe legal issues.
