The documentary When Boys Fly follows four men who are a part of the party circuit as they partake in the 2000 Miami White Party. Tone Desario, 21, suffers with drug and alcohol dependency. Todd Nash, 35, who has come to the Miami event with his 19-year-old boyfriend, Jon, has been a part of the party scene for over a decade. The fourth person followed is Brandon Delcampo, a 23-year-old who has never before been to one of these bacchanalian adventures.
