Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Lois Nettleton guest stars as Barbara Coleman, the new station manager of WJM-TV. It soon becomes clear that Barbara has a romantic yen for newsroom boss Lou Grant (Edward Asner) -- and never mind that Lou already has a wife. Will Lou succumb to temptation, or will he remain loyal and true blue (and possibly end up without a job)? "What Do You Do When the Boss Says I Love You?" made its first network appearance on February 3, 1973.
