This animated adaptation of Charles Kingsley's Westward Ho finds Queen Elizabeth's England facing attack by the Spanish Armada. Hope lies in the heroic Amyas Leigh, who attempts to thwart the attack, only to see the sinister Don Guzman turn the tables by kidnapping a beautiful young woman. From there, an adventurous chase ensues, leading the characters across the sea and over dangerous terrain.
