Synopsis by Rovi
Two sibling military brats, along with their father, move to a small community after the father is reassigned. Joanne (Summer Knight), the eldest, has an especially hard time with the move and begins a relationship with the resident thug, Tony (Brandon Hiott) as a means for finding emotional attachment. Fortunately for Joanne, she also meets a hermit-like man named Nathan (David King), who eventually replaces Tony as her love interest and who also helps Joanne come to terms with herself.
