Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Ruth Tilden (Dorothy Dalton), a renowned lawyer, marries much-older district attorney John Harding (Charles K. French). Harding's son, Jack (Charles Ray), runs wild and gets involved with cabaret dancer Annette Loti (Louise Glaum), who falls for Jack in more ways than one -- a jealous associate kills her then sticks the guilt on Jack. He winds up on trial and (in the kind of plot twist only possible in the movies) is being prosecuted by his own father. But Ruth steps in, and because of her sharp cross-examination, she reveals the real killer's identity. The story to this feature was penned by a feminist writer, Alice C. Brown).
