War on Land and Sea, Volume One: Churchill's War is the first of a four-volume documentary series, containing never-before-seen archival World War II footage from Britain and Eastern block countries. The series tells the behind-the-scenes story of the war that shaped the course of modern history. Volume one explores British Prime Minister Winston Churchill's role in World War II, his secret meeting with Franklin D. Roosevelt to draft the Atlantic Charter, his and F.D.R.'s meeting in Casablanca, Churchill's concerns, his bitter hatred for the Nazi regime, and his many fateful choices. Churchill served the British government for more than 50 years.
