Designed with the novice walker in mind, Walk Aerobics: 2 Mile Walk features instructor Leslie Sansone as she leads a group on a slow-paced two-mile walk. Some of the participants are overweight and older. To accommodate these individuals, Sansone emphasizes a longer warmup to ready joints and muscles for exercise. Sansone throws in some kicks to relieve the monotony, along with some bicep curls and chest crossovers as well. The action is set to non-intrusive music as she encourages the more sedentary to take up walking.
