Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

A widowed documentary filmmaker finds herself in the position of caring for her late husband's younger lover, gradually connecting with the woman in ways she never thought possible in this drama from director Marcos Carnevale (Touch the Sky, Anita). Elena (Graciela Borges) and her musician husband Augusto had what seemed to be a happy marriage. But when Elena is summoned to the hospital with word that Augusto has fallen ill, she's shocked to find that it was his 30-year-old lover Adela (Valeria Bertuccelli) who brought him there. Meanwhile, Elena's confusion is compounded by the fact that her husband's final request was that she watch after the other woman. In the immediate wake of Augusto's death, Elena shuns Adela, who subsequently attempts suicide. Dutifully, Elena brings Adela home to live with her, and begins the emotionally wrenching task of nursing her back to health. Though at first the personalities of the two women seem hopelessly at odds, over time they begin to develop a warm and powerful bond. Only through the painful act of mourning the man they both loved with these two women discover their true potential for compassion and forgiveness.
