Synopsis by Jeff Gemmill
Keith helps the sheriff's department investigate the return of a serial killer who first surfaced when he was in office. Elsewhere, Veronica's classmates ask her to dig up dirt on their parents in order to avoid punishment, but her work for Mac turns up the unexpected; Veronica tries to get an important audiotape -- the one that implicated Abel Koontz -- away from the department.
