Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

An Indian Sikh travels to the United States in search of justice after learning that one of his brothers has been killed, another is missing, and their father is fighting for his life in this thriller spotlighting the plight of Sikhs in post-9/11 America. In the wake of the biggest terrorist attack ever to take place on American soil, many patriotic, law-abiding Sikhs from the U.S. became the tragic targets of misdirected anger. Enter Ranveer Singh (Gulzar Chahal), whose American family has just suffered a woeful injustice. When Ranveer learns of the grim fate that has befallen his family stateside, he leaves his home in India in a desperate search for answers. At first, those answers prove frustratingly elusive. But when Ranveer seeks the help of a Sikh LAPD officer named Fateh Singh (Puneet Issar), who in turn puts him into contact with human-rights lawyer Amelia White (Brooke Johnston), the truth gradually comes into focus. Later, with the help of stalwart American attorney Amy Washington (Amy Rasimas), Ranveer discovers that the justice system can still be a bright light of hope in a dark time of prejudice and injustice.
