Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
Penti is a poorly groomed newspaper reporter who gets abusive when drunk. On one such occasion, his fed-up wife commits him to a mental institution. It takes him a while to prove his sanity to the skeptical staff and win his release, but before he does, he encounters Tutteli, a mysterious and beautiful woman who claims that she was sent there by those who wanted to shut her up. Her story is that she knew too much about the illegal goings-on in her small town. Intrigued, Penti travels to the town the woman mentioned. When he bruits her name about, the responses he gets lead him to believe that there is something to her story. Indeed, the local corruption appears to be quite widespread.
