Miguel Angel Rodriguez stars in this drama of one man taking a stand against violence and corruption. A decent, hard-working farmer is driven off his land by a pack of powerful gangsters; the farmer tries to fight for his rights, but in time realizes he's waging a losing battle and leaves his home for Mexico City. In time, the farmer forms an alliance with a journalist who has discovered the gangsters are in cahoots with corrupt politicians. The two men set out to bring the truth to the people, but before long they find themselves trailed by hired killers.
