Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Hiromi Nagasaku, Arata Iura, Aju Makita, and Miyoko Asada star in director Naomi Kawase’s adoption drama. A middle-class Japanese couple is confronted by the birth mother of their adopted son — six years after he became a part of their family. They suspect that the young woman is an impostor, but she is determined to claim her biological child.
