Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Rick Steves launches this 34th episode of his popular PBS series with a scavenger hunt in the Italian city of Naples. Here, Rick manages to locate a wealth of cultural artifacts and sample some of Italy's finest foods, notably Naples' single greatest contribution to gastronomy -- pizza. Venturing further along the Amalfi Coast, we take in the sighs at the ruins of Pompeii and the Greek town of Pasteum (with its Temple of Neptune). And there's time to spare for a journey through the coast's famous cliffs, where once thrived scores of Greco-Roman villages and cities.
