A disillusioned American takes a wild trip into the Amazon in this surreal adventure from director Sheldon Schiffer. Curtis (Andrew Treglia) was growing bored with his everyday life when he agreed to help his half-brother Francis (Giovanni Araújo) find a rare beetle in the Amazon jungle. Just as the excursion is getting under way, however, a venomous snake bites Curtis, sending him into a state of hallucinogenic shock. Coming to, Curtis realizes that he and Francis have been abducted by fierce Amazonian women who plan on offering them to their queen (Fernanda Sant'ana). In order to escape, Curtis seeks the help of another slave (Pericles Anarcos) whose knowledge of the jungle may be key to their survival. Meanwhile, the young adventurer begins to question whether it's truly worth risking death to return to his former life.
