The Trains on Location series, narrated by TRAINS editor Kevin P. Keefe, takes the railroad enthusiast aboard freight and passenger trains bound for some of the most scenic areas in North America. The train lover gets a close-up look at the engines which power the trains as well as a tour of the cars and cargoes. Interviews with railroad workers and historians provide insights into the operations and history of each line. This episode travels the rails in eastern Wyoming, where two great railroads -- the Burlington Northern Santa Fe and the Union Pacific -- carry coal. The magnificent freight trains and the scenery are photographed in color, with accompanying stereo sound.
