Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Diminutive Bob Steele played a cowhand fired for romancing the boss' daughter in this bantam-weight silent Western from assembly-line studio FBO. Heading to California, Steele gets in the way of villainous Jay Morley, who leaves the little cowboy bound and gagged near a ferocious wild stallion. Steele frees himself, tames the horse, and rescues his erstwhile employer (Tom Lingham) along with his lovely daughter (Marjorie Bonner) from the nasty Morley. At this early point in his career, Steele played second fiddle to FBO's main cowboy star Tom Tyler. The son of Western veteran Robert North Bradbury and one of the best sluggers in the business, Steele weathered the changeover to sound with style and enjoyed a prosperous screen career that lasted until 1973.
