Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
Filmed "cinema verité" by Otis B. Thayer in Colorado, this Western biography told the moralistic story of Harry Tracy (1870-1902) (played by Jack Hoey), a noted gambler and bandit "more sinned against than sinning." Having made one mistake in his life, Tracy was forced to flee from state to state. Finally caught, Tracy kills himself with his very last bullet. Thayer produced and directed this film for the Foto Art company, using a mostly amateur cast.
