Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Corinne Griffith stars in this Vitagraph crime drama. A gang of thieves plot to steal a priceless diamond necklace known as "the Tower of Jewels." The necklace is kept in the safe at a mansion belonging to millionaire David Parrish (Henry Stephenson). One of the gang is posing as a butler in the Parrish home, and the gang attempts the theft. They are interrupted, however, and they all escape except for Emily Cottrell, known as the Princess (Griffith). Instead of turning her over to the police, Parrish listens to her sad story of her attempts to go straight. He decides to give her a chance and she goes to work for him as a private secretary. Parrish's son, Wayne (Webster Campbell), comes home the next day, as does the old man's niece, Adele Warren (Estelle Taylor). It turns out that Wayne met Emily before, when she had been attending business school in one of her attempts to reform. He fell in love with her then, and now they continue their romance. This does not thrill Adele, who also loves Wayne. When Emily goes back to her old haunt to get the rest of her things, the gang tries to prevent her from leaving, but one thief takes her side and escorts her home. The gang makes another attempt to get the necklace, and to involve Emily in the heist, but Wayne foils them. Parrish is happy with Emily's reformation, and he gives her and Wayne his blessings.
