Alisa (Kimberleigh Stark) has arrived in South Africa from America. When she forms a romantic relationship with B.T., she finds that her dreams of happiness in South Africa are likelier to become nightmares. It turns out that B.T. (Sello Ke Maake-Ncube) is inextricably involved in a corrupt car theft ring, despite his best efforts to get out of it. He inadvertently involves Alisa when he gives her one of the stolen cars and she is arrested. This prompts him to make more vigorous efforts to leave the ring, and leads his nefarious employers to make equally vigorous (and shocking) efforts to frame him.
