Director Susan Johnson’s romantic teen drama is based on Korean-American author Jenny Han’s bestselling 2014 young adult novel of the same name. Lana Condor stars as an introverted romantic daydreamer who writes confessional love letters to the five boys she once nursed intense feelings for, but without any intentions of sending them out. Her low-key social existence is abruptly disrupted when someone mails those letters to her former crushes.
