Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
This animated feature finds Tintin, a comic strip hero in Belgium, off on a series of adventures with his faithful canine companion and a crusty sea captain. The film is aimed at the moppet audience and contains several engaging songs. The trio travels together, getting into various situations that are all resolved with a happy ending.
