Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Montagu Love has a different type of dual role in this drama -- instead of playing lookalikes or twins, he plays two novelists, one young and the other old. Noel Graham (Love) is a young writer who has a bunch of pets but no girlfriend. One day he loses his puppy and finds it at the home of Lewis Moffat, an older novelist (also Love). Graham is captivated by Moffat's ward, Rhona Allerton (Ellen Cassity), and Moffat, who is working on his latest book -- a romance -- decides to manipulate the situation and write about it. He encourages a relationship between Rhona and Graham, and then tears them apart. He brings Walter Tressler (John Davidson) into the picture to rouse Graham's jealousy. Both Rhona and Graham are broken-hearted, and Rhona leaves. Moffat asks Graham to help him with his novel. Graham, however, discovers Moffat's machinations through his butler and tears up the book. After Moffat's death, Rhona returns and is reunited with Graham.
