Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Jack (John Ritter), Janet (Joyce DeWitt), and Chrissy (Suzanne Somers) would love to go to a Christmas party at the Stevens home. Alas, the trio is locked into a commitment to spend a dull Yuletide celebration with Mr. and Mrs. Roper (Norman Fell, Audra Lindley). But things take a surprising turn when it is revealed that the Ropers have also made alternate holiday plans. This is the episode in which we discover that "Chrissy" is not short for "Christine."
