Jack (John Ritter) and Janet (Joyce DeWitt) suspect that something is amiss when Chrissy (Suzanne Somers) starts getting very chummy with her new boss, J.C. Braddock. And when Chrissy plans to take an overnight trip with her boss, Jack and Janet are shocked beyond belief. Determined to rescue Chrissy from the clutches of her supposedly predatory employer, the two roommates never even consider the possibility that "J.C. Braddock" might actually be a woman (played by Emmaline Henry) -- which indeed she is!
