Synopsis by Gönül Dönmez-Colin

Three Days is an offbeat film divided into three connected parts: "However much you think you're prepared for something, you never are" is the first part, which takes place at 8 AM in London, when Finder receives a letter saying his girlfriend is on the Eurostar leaving for Paris. He rushes to the station but misses her due to several unexpected delays. The second part, "One moment you're one person, the next you can be someone completely different," begins when Finder calls his partner from a Eurostar telephone only to find a journal there belonging to a Canadian actress, Tina the Tourist, who has just arrived in London. The journal contains Tina's passport, money, and a Polaroid picture of her host and mentor, Wheelchair Woman. Finder is led on a three-day journey of chance and coincidence during which he meets a bunch of eccentric characters, such as the compassionate Buddhist Fashion Victim, beautiful Question Mark Woman, her native admirer Kebab Boy, and the enigmatic Caretaker, all of whose paths entwine. But he cannot locate Tina. As he takes another look at the Polaroid picture, which seems to be no different from any other tourist snapshot, he recognizes himself in the background. When was this picture taken? "Maybe if we were confused all the time, things would be a lot clearer" is the caption of this last part.
