Now approved, the roof deck and master bathroom projects go forward. Heating and plumbing efficiency is discussed, and the fireplaces and chimneys are made safe for wood-burning fires. Master carpenter Tom Silva installs the new windows. The finishing touches are put on the kitchen, with fine new fixtures.
