This is America, Charlie Brown: The Building of the Transcontinental Railroad features the beloved Peanuts gang as they travel back in time, where they witness firsthand the type of work that went into the construction of the transcontinental railroad. Despite the massive natural obstacles involved (rivers, mountains) the railroad and its builders persevered until the East and West were finally connected.
